  • Prices: Displayed in GBP and inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment: Collected securely via our payment provider. Full payment is due at checkout.

  • Access: Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive access details by email.

4. Refunds & cancellations

  • Due to the digital nature of our course, we do not generally offer refunds once access has been granted, unless proof of a pregnancy loss can be provided.

  • If you experience issues with access or believe you purchased in error, please contact info@tenthmoon.comwithin 14 days and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

  • Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

  • All course content, videos, PDFs, brand assets, and materials are owned by TENTH MOON.
